Fayette Home Care and Hospice, which was established in 1986, is an affiliate of the Fayette Regional Health System, which includes Uniontown Hospital. Our agency has its office in Lemont Furnace, and serves residents of Fayette County and the bordering area of Greene, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
